TIPS for getting the most out of your senior picture poses: 

• Relax

• Make sure you eat a little something before your photoshoot to avoid being "hangry" and nervous stomach issues

• Remember, the camera stops the action so you can move freely and not be stagnant in front of the camera.  

• Try moving in front of a mirror, side to side, front to back, anything to not be square to the camera.

• Trust the photographer you are with. They will know how to pose you if they have been trained and are professional. 

• If it bends, bend it . . . wrists, elbows, knees, loosen up, bend one or both of your elbows and wrists.

• Don't have claw hands, stiff hands, think "ballet fingers" soft, relaxed wrists, and ballet fingers.
